This accolade recognized MediaKind’s AI Pipelines within the MK.IO platform, a solution designed to revolutionize sports broadcasting. MK.IO flow control and AI automation: A key feature of this service is its intuitive API and natural language interface, which allows operators to manage large-scale workflows effortlessly, reducing the complexity of live production and optimizing costs.

Strategic partnerships and growing customer base 

Building on its success, MediaKind announced key partnerships and customer growth during IBC2024. Notably, a new collaboration with ThinkAnalytics integrates AI-powered content discovery and personalized advertising solutions into the MediaFirst TV Platform. This integration enhances user experiences by offering highly personalized recommendations and advanced voice search, increasing viewer engagement and reducing churn.

In another major milestone, MediaKind revealed the growth of its MK.IO customer base, with 500 new customer accounts and support for 375 daily active users. Additionally, enhancements to the MK.IO encoding process have delivered a 40–50% speed boost, dramatically reducing content processing times and further cementing MediaKind’s leadership in video streaming technology.
